Paramount Supporting Services

Paramount Support Services is a registered Provider for SSRC services and NDIS for children and young people. It is a sister company of Paramount Youth Services which was established in 2015 who have been providing quality staffing solutions to both government and non-government agencies. It has a well-established reputation among clients and stakeholders alike.

Paramount Support Services was established under the umbrella of Paramount Youth Services in 2021, reflecting a baseline culture within our organisation. Our staff are fully trained and have extensive experience working with children and young people.

Our organisation was created to address the growing need to access NDIS packages for children and young people and provide respite and care to children in Specialised Substitute Residential Care placements.

As a registered NDIS provider, Paramount Support Services will be able to directly deliver services and supports to NDIS participants who are under the age of 18. This expansion reflects our commitment to meeting the needs of children and young people and our dedication to providing quality support within the NDIS framework.

As a NDIS provider, Paramount Support Services can provide a range of services depending on the individual needs and goals of each child and young person.

There has been evidence to show the positive impact Paramount Youth Services has made on the lives of children and young people and their parents. There have been instances where our clients have repeatedly requested to continue engaging with PYS even after moving on from emergency arrangements. We have extended our services to accommodate this and provide quality care in SSRC settings or NDIS supports.

Sometimes it’s not easy dealing with a disability and having to mauver through the agency processes, makes things more challenging. We are aware of the struggles in engaging and manoeuvring around services and have are dedicated to make things easier and participant focused.

For each client we develop a clear case plan, and we involve the child and the family when putting it together. Clients and their parents have a greater say and choice in receiving age-appropriate care. We run developmentally appropriate activities and programs and openly communicate steps in the plan so that our clients feel they are in better control. We take the time to inform clients of their rights and ensure only skilled and experienced workers (that have been profiled to suit the participant) will engage with them. We have an open-door communication strategy and provide parents and carers with all information necessary for services that are available to them.

We have risk management policies and procedures to keep children safe and our code of conduct outlines instructions for staff that is well trained and inducted into child safety procedures. Our workers receive appropriate screening to ensure both children, parents feel safer.
